Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping with The Swim Guy! We strive to process and ship your order as quickly as possible. Please read our shipping policy below for more information on shipping options, processing times, and procedures.

Processing Time
Once your order is placed, please allow 1-3 business days for us to process and pack your order. Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. You will receive a notification once your order has been shipped, along with tracking information when available.

Please note that some items are custom-made or require embroidery, which can take an additional 2-3 weeks for production before they are ready for shipping or pickup. We appreciate your patience during this process.

Preorders for Team Items
Some team items are available only as preorders. These orders will not begin production until the preorder period is complete. The processing time for these items may vary depending on the length of the preorder window. You will be notified once your preorder item is ready to ship or available for pickup.

Shipping Methods
We offer USPS Priority Mail for shipping. Delivery times typically range from 2-3 business days. Shipping rates are calculated based on the weight of your order and your shipping address.

Store Pickup
For customers who prefer to pick up their orders in person, we offer store pickup at any of our three locations:

  • Santa Monica

  • Lawndale

  • Long Beach

When your order is ready for pickup, we will notify you via call or text. Please wait for this confirmation before coming to the store.

Expedited Shipping or Order ETA
If you need expedited shipping or would like to get an estimated arrival time for your order, please call us directly at 310-452-2221. We’ll be happy to assist you with your request.

International Shipping
We are proud to offer international shipping! However, please note that customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees that may apply when the order arrives in your country. These charges are not included in your order total, and we recommend checking with your local customs office for more information.

Shipping Delays
While we do our best to ensure timely delivery, we are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather conditions, or customs (if applicable). Please allow extra time for delivery during peak seasons, such as holidays.

Damaged or Lost Packages
In the event that your package is damaged or lost in transit, please contact us as soon as possible at info@theswimguy.com. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue and ensure you are taken care of.

Incorrect Shipping Information
Please double-check the shipping address you provide at checkout. If there is an error in the shipping address, please contact us immediately at info@theswimguy.com. We cannot be held responsible for packages that are delayed, undelivered, or lost due to incorrect shipping information provided by the customer.

Shipping Fees
All shipping fees are non-refundable, and customers are responsible for paying return shipping costs for returned or exchanged items.
