At The Swim Guy, most items are final sale, and we generally do not accept returns or exchanges. However, if you believe your situation qualifies, please feel free to contact us at info@theswimguy.com to discuss your case. We may make an exception based on the circumstances.

Custom-Made Items
Custom-made items, including special orders or personalized products, are non-returnable and non-exchangeable. Please double-check sizing and personalization details before placing your order to ensure you’re completely satisfied.

Exceptions to the Final Sale Policy
While most items are final sale, there may be situations where we can make an exception. If you wish to request a return or exchange, please contact us within a reasonable time frame at info@theswimguy.com. We will review your request on a case-by-case basis and let you know if an exception can be made.

Please note, even if we approve a return, shipping costs to and from the customer are non-refundable.

Damages and Issues
