• Strokemaker Paddles – Do not buy until Coach tells you that you are ready. Size 0.5
• We do not fit paddles by hand size. We fit them by ability, good technique, strength. New swimmers will not wear paddles other than training paddle supplied by Coach Reno for the first few months of swimming.  Once your underwater technique is correct and you have built up some endurance we begin pulling with paddles
